Peter Curry joined the company in 2002 after heading a local real estate firm as partner for four years. His strong research and analytical background has contributed to his success in advising clients on ground-up development as well as investment and owner/user sales, including medical office, mixed-use properties, office condominiums, and build-to-suits. Peter is a Board Member of the Leucadia Highway 101 Main Street Association as well as a member of the Encinitas Economic development Council. He is a graduate of University of California San Diego with a B.A., Economics and a minor in Literature.
